The Health Department at the Middle East and North Africa Union Mission (MENAUM) is more than just about physical wellbeing — it’s a ministry of healing, hope, and wholeness. Inspired by Jesus’ method of meeting people’s needs and drawing them to Him, the Health Ministries team works across the region to promote lifestyles that honor God and bring tangible blessings to individuals and communities.

This department is responsible for equipping local churches, health professionals, and laypeople with tools and training to share the Adventist health message in culturally sensitive and spiritually meaningful ways.

Whether through health expos, lifestyle seminars, community wellness programs, or media initiatives, the Health Department encourages people to take one step closer to better health — and to the Healer Himself. They also work closely with schools, Adventist hospitals, and local field leaders to develop contextualized strategies that resonate with the unique needs of each country.
